PROJECT ORGANIZATION

 

The PURSEA project is built around 10 activity packages (Work Packages/WP) entrusted to different member institutions.

 

Work package 1 - WP1: Project launch

Work Package 2 - WP2: Self-diagnosis of the degree and characteristics of autonomy of HEIs

  • Polytechnic - Danang University
  • University of Lorraine in support

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • A methodological reference guide for self-diagnosis of the degree and characteristics of autonomy
  • 8 synthesis reports written by 8 Vietnamese and Cambodian HEIs

 

Work Package 3 - WP3: Analysis of the external environments of HEIs

Responsible and co - responsible: 

  • National Center for Scientific Research
  • University of Social Sciences and Humanities - National University of HCMV in support

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • 1 report on the external environment analysis of HEIs in Cambodia
  • 1 report on the external environment analysis of HEIs in Vietnam
  • 1 global synthesis report
  • 1 methodological guide "analysis of the external environments of HEIs

 

Work Package 4 - WP4: Internal self-evaluation of the development strategy and activities of each HEI

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • A methodological reference guide for the self-assessment of the internal environment of SEEs
  • 8 synthesis reports written by 8 Vietnamese and Cambodian HEIs

 

Work package 5 - WP5: Development of strategic planning mechanisms 

Responsible and co - responsible: 

  • University of Lorraine
  • Hanoi University of Architecture in support 

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • A strategic development plan validated by each HEI
  • Multi-year, operational and priority action plans that flow from each HEI's strategic plan

 

 Work Package 6 - WP6: Implementation and monitoring of a multi-year action plan 

Responsible and co - responsible: 

  • Free University of Brussels
  • Higher School of Transport and Communication in support

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • A report on the implementation of the multi-year action plan by SEA
  • A methodological guide for the implementation of this action plan

 

 Work Package 7 - WP7: Strengthening staff skills in partner HEIs and supporting change 

Responsible and co - responsible: 

  • University of Toulon
  • Cambodia Institute of Technology in support

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • Educational materials related to skills training
  • Methodological guides for: strengthening human resources, identifying levels of responsibility within each HEI

 

Work package 8 - WP8: Quality assurance, risk and vulnerability management, internal evaluation

  • National Center for Scientific Research in Support

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • A quality control plan with self-assessment tools
  • External expert reports

 

Work package 9 - WP9: Communication on the project and dissemination of results

  • A website and a user guide
  • A collaborative platform and user manual
  • Rules and principles for the sharing and editing of online resources
  • A database of strategic planning experts
  • A watch on events related to the project's theme 

 

Work Package 10 - WP10: Overall project management, administration and finance

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • Well-coordinated project activities completed within the allotted time
  • Financial reports and audit provided to the EACEA within the required timeframe
