Work package 1 - WP1: Project launch

Work Package 2 - WP2: Self-diagnosis of the degree and characteristics of autonomy of HEIs

  • A methodological reference guide for self-diagnosis of the degree and characteristics of autonomy
  • 8 synthesis reports written by 8 Vietnamese and Cambodian HEIs

 

Work Package 3 - WP3: Analysis of the external environments of HEIs

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • 1 report on the external environment analysis of HEIs in Cambodia
  • 1 report on the external environment analysis of HEIs in Vietnam

  • 1 methodological guide "analysis of the external environments of HEIs

 

Work Package 4 - WP4: Internal self-evaluation of the development strategy and activities of each HEI

  • A methodological reference guide for the self-assessment of the internal environment of SEEs

Work package 5 - WP5: Development of strategic planning mechanisms

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • A strategic development plan validated by each HEI
  • Multi-year, operational and priority action plans that flow from each HEI's strategic plan

 

 Work Package 6 - WP6: Implementation and monitoring of a multi-year action plan

  • Higher School of Transport and Communication in support

Expected results / deliverables: 

  • A report on the implementation of the multi-year action plan by SEA
  • A methodological guide for the implementation of this action plan

 

 Work Package 7 - WP7: Strengthening staff skills in partner HEIs and supporting change

  • Educational materials related to skills training
  • Methodological guides for: strengthening human resources, identifying levels of responsibility within each HEI
