Presentation
The Executive Board (EB) is composed of the co-coordination and meets preferably remotely but also face-to-face at the time of major gatherings and intermediate meetings. The main task of this office is to prepare the committees and to coordinate the consortium on a daily basis.
Role in the project
The Executive Office is also responsible for preparing and disbursing funds to partners according to the planned activities.
