Presentation
The ESC (External Scientific Committee) composed of international experts in higher education and research, external to the project, responsible for ensuring the integrity of the project and its monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. This committee meets during the second and third work phases when the project is already well advanced. At the end of the project, the members of the SSC meet one last time to provide recommendations on the activities to be continued or to evolve according to the results obtained.
Role in the project
The CSE produces each time a report with recommendations, and an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the project at the time of its evaluation; this allows to be always in evolutionary and constructive dynamics.
