The project's re-entry meeting has been scheduled for September 21, 2021 with two objectives: to take stock of the activities carried out since the beginning of the year 2021; to program the follow-up of the activities to be implemented until the end of the year in spite of a tense health context in Southeast Asia.

This re-entry meeting, marked by the health crisis currently affecting South-East Asia, was an opportunity to address 3 key points:

  • To revise the modalities of follow-up and individualized accompaniment of the work of the Vietnamese and Cambodian partners initially programmed, by privileging the remote exchanges until the end of the year 2021, while respecting the defined calendar and the expected results.
  • Strengthen the links between the work produced under Activity Package 5 "Strategic planning mechanism" and Activity Package 6 "Implementation and monitoring of a multi-year action plan", and thus ensure the coherence of the entire support mechanism put in place.
  • Rethink the deliverables to be produced within the framework of the project, not only in the form of reports to be submitted to the European bodies, but also in the form of a reference system for the dissemination of the expertise produced throughout the project.
